As a non-executive chair Roger Lewis has led a wide variety of companies from the Racecourse Media Group to Cardiff International Airport and has represented both the UK and the Welsh Government in several roles, including the 2024 Governance Review of Cadw, the historic environment service, the UK Platinum Jubilee Civic Honours, and the Cardiff Capital Region.
